The location is great, near supermarkets and shopping centers. There are also waterfalls and a nice beach nearby. The hotel shuttle bus service to the beach is free and very efficient. Breakfast was served with a smile and had a good variety of items. The staff was very polite, cheerful, and always willing to help.
Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not very pleasant due to some unexpected issues. The rooms were not well maintained and smelled damp.

The hotel's location near the wonderful waterfalls and on the seafront was amazing. Transportation was also convenient, with the free shuttle bus to the beach. The cleanliness and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, as it was close to the supermarkets and a shopping center. It was also great that we could walk to the waterfalls in just 15 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could swim there too! the small but clean pool in the second building was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. the hotel also had a free shuttle bus to take us to the beach and back, which was really convenient.
the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a nice variety of options , and the cleaning service was thorough.

The location is perfect, situated right by the seafront and only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful waterfall. the hotel is also in the center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options such as cheese, honey, Nutella, and jam. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach, and the small but clean pool is a great addition. the staff is polite and helpful, and the cleaning service is prompt.
The hotel lacks a security person on duty in the second building, which could improve safety measures.
